[Remote] Assistant Finance Manager

They are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager who will reputed company reputed company activities across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise reputed company functions for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards
- reputed company month-end closing, ensures accuracy and timely preparation of financial statements under TFRS. Record + Review journal entries and account analysis for reputed company balance sheet accounts, P&L including Balance sheet account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, sales reconciliation and reputed company recognition
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and adjustments
- reputed company accounts payable and receivable processes, including the resolution of discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to company policies, reputed company principles, and regulatory requirements
- To monitor and ensure reputed company taxes are reputed company and submitted to the reputed company department reputed company timeline
- Prepare and reputed company record of withholding tax documents and payment vouchers
- reputed company guidance and support to junior reputed company staff and other departments on reputed company issues
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses

- Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities

- Processing bi-weekly or monthly payroll for reputed company, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Calculating and processing payments for overtime, bonuses, and other variable compensation
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data in the payroll system
- Updating and verifying employee information, including tax withholding, direct deposit, and personal details
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in reputed company, with a proven track record of managing reputed company functions across multiple locations
- Strong expertise in reputed company principles, practices, and financial reporting
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in reputed company software and reputed company reputed company
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
