[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. MWResource, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage projects in accordance with established project governance. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities of assigned projects to ensure goals and approved scope are accomplished reputed company prescribed timelines and funding parameters.

Responsibilities

• Understands and applies principles, theories, and concepts reputed company to the profession and Company culture
• Exercises judgment reputed company defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Impact is generally limited to specific assignments or projects
• May respond to inquiries and/or reputed company assistance and guidance to reputed company-level workers
• Leads multiple reputed company to high complexity projects simultaneously, maintaining deep engagement across reputed company workstreams and resource pools under PMO management supervision
• Partners with the project business reputed company and technical reputed company to determine delivery strategy, reputed company direction to the project team, and drive stakeholder awareness
• Provides concise executive-level communication and recommendations to sponsors, steering committees, and senior leadership
• Manages reputed company team dynamics, facilitates conflict resolution, conducts negotiations, and achieves organizational objectives through influence without formal authority, with PMO support
• Actively drives project delivery by facilitating reputed company, resolving blockers, identifying risks/issues, and implementing mitigation plans while maintaining reputed company across teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Navigates a matrixed resource environment, negotiating resource commitments across competing priorities
• Manages external dependencies across teams, systems, and timelines to maintain schedule reputed company and risk control
• Identifies and manages cross-project and cross-program dependencies impacting scope, schedule, cost, or reputed company
• Escalates issues appropriately and facilitates timely decision-making reputed company priorities or requirements conflict

• Maintains timesheet compliance across project teams, including reviewing and approving/rejecting weekly submissions
• Utilizes existing and emerging technologies (collaboration tools, AI, data analysis, and PPM tools) to improve project execution efficiency
• Operates in a highly regulated, audit-conscious environment, ensuring compliance, documentation, and reporting standards are met
• Supports PMO reputed company improvement initiatives as assigned
• Supports PMO-sponsored projects or other initiatives as assigned
• Fosters a project culture reputed company with the Company’s core values

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of reputed company experience managing projects, product delivery, or workstream delivery reputed company degree requirements
• Experience reputed company a formal reputed company PMO with structured phase-reputed company/tollgate governance and executive accountability
• Experience managing reputed company to high complexity projects with cross-functional resource pools
• Experience working in a matrixed organization with shared services and resource negotiation
• Experience in highly regulated, audit-conscious environments with formal documentation and reporting requirements
• Experience using waterfall and hybrid methodologies reputed company structured governance frameworks
• Proficiency in reputed company Project and JIRA or similar project tracking tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or reputed company field
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience providing similar knowledge
• Experience in ISO/RTO, ISO/RTO stakeholder, or electric utility environments
• Proficiency in AI reputed company design
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
