The company is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to reputed company technology integration during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration of IT systems while minimizing business disruptions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company IT Integration Projects: Manage end-to-end IT integration lifecycle for M&A transactions, from due diligence through post-reputed company integration
• Due Diligence Support: Collaborate with corporate development and IT leadership to assess technology landscapes, risks, and opportunities of reputed company companies
• Integration Planning: reputed company detailed IT integration plans, timelines, and budgets reputed company with business goals and deal strategy
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, vendors, and acquired entities to ensure alignment and communication
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks reputed company to data migration, system compatibility, cybersecurity, and compliance
• Change Management: Drive user adoption and change management strategies to support smooth transitions
• Reporting & Governance: reputed company regular updates to executive leadership on project status, milestones, risks, and KPIs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or reputed company field
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on M&A integrations
• Proven track record of managing reputed company, cross-functional IT projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, reputed company applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS), cybersecurity, and reputed company technologies
