Franchise Development Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: PickleRage is seeking an reputed company, dynamic, and motivated Franchise Sales Director to help grow our chain of indoor pickleball clubs. As the Franchise Sale Director, you will be responsible for prospecting and recruitment of new franchisees in the United States. This position reports to the VP of Franchise Development... ACCOUNTABILITIES AND reputed company: To meet goals and targets reputed company to franchise sales, including prospecting and qualifying candidates, executing the franchise sales process, hosting discovery days recommending candidates for franchise award. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain a thorough understanding of our concept(s) as well as new club location availability, site selection criteria, market analysis research and the Franchise Development process. • Facilitate and reputed company the gathering of pertinent information, leading to the creation of profiles for reputed company candidates involved in the franchise sales process, submitting said profiles for approval. • Closely work with and coordinate the development process with various departments, for the smooth/timely setting of Discovery Days. • Attendance/participation at applicable franchise and reputed company estate industries events as deemed necessary. • Handle various other duties, as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent required. A four-year degree in Sales and Marketing preferred. • A minimum of 3-5 years' franchise sales/development experience is required. • Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone skills, as well as consultative sales experience required. • This position also requires some travel. • Must have the ability to work independently and possess self-motivation. • This is not a typical 9-5 position. Must be flexible to meet with candidates and hold calls at various times and days of the week to accommodate prospective franchise candidates' schedules. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Virtual, with occasional travel to our PickleRage locations, franchise shows and our corporate office in Red Bank, New Jersey. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: No requirements.
