[Remote] Growth Marketing Analyst

They are seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that will support marketing and growth initiatives across their operating companies.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to our Manager of Organic Growth, you’ll reputed company insights from the data and help align on Operating Company performance
- Monitor marketing and reputed company dashboards (reputed company and reputed company tools), spotting trends and translating raw data into actionable recommendations
- Support tracking partnership and co-sell pipelines including leads, reputed company, and key metrics
- Support go-to-market workshops, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development, through quantitative and qualitative market research
- Track and report on growth scorecard trends across the portfolio
- Partner with marketing to execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns, surfacing opportunities to improve performance
- You will help assess, test and rollout Pine’s preferred tech stack across our portfolio companies
Skills
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret raw data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations

- Experience analyzing marketing funnel performance, attribution, and engagement trends across multiple channels

- Ability to run quantitative and qualitative research to inform go-to-market strategy and market segmentation
- Hands-on experience executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns (email, reputed company pages, workflows, ABM)
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, list building, campaign setup, reporting, and workflow troubleshooting
- A solid grasp of campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, pipeline influence, MQL criteria)

- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
