[Remote] Senior IT Compliance Analyst

The Senior IT Compliance Analyst will support reputed company legal hold processes and manage data retention requirements while acting as a liaison between Legal, IT, and business units to ensure compliance with various policies.
Responsibilities
- Execute legal hold requests
- Coordinate implementation across endpoints, email systems, and storage platforms
- reputed company data collection, preservation, and retrieval
- Track legal hold lifecycle (placement, monitoring, release)
- Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness
- Support implementation of retention policies
- Manage retention configurations across systems
- Partner with system owners on retention schedules
- Assist with audits and compliance validation
- Assess reputed company-party systems for retention and legal hold capabilities
- Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance
- Validate preservation and discovery capabilities
- Maintain documentation for legal hold and retention activities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field
- 3–5+ years in IT operations, compliance, or information governance
- Experience with legal hold and data retention
- Familiarity with reputed company 365, backup systems, and ITSM tools
- Experience working with Legal or compliance teams
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
