[Remote] Pediatrician Growth Consultant (MD, 1099) – Arizona

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Arizona-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of their behavioral health and medical services in Arizona. This contract position will be crucial in payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as the company establishes operations in the state.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing & Licensure
• Participate in reputed company and reputed company payer enrollment processes
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and reputed company attestations
• Participate in occasional meetings reputed company to network expansion and market launch
• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care
• Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric reputed company and facilitate introductions where appropriate

Skills

• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Board-certified Pediatrician
• Active DEA registration
• Ability to credential with reputed company and government payers
• Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities
• Arizona State residency required
• Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred
• Active Arizona reputed company enrollment preferred
