[Remote] Instructional Design Assistant (OPS), Office of reputed company

They are seeking an Instructional Design Assistant to support the design and development of training courses, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of reputed company training programs and online content to increase engagement and knowledge retention
- reputed company recommendations for course reputed company design, architecture, navigation, and content arrangement
- Craft instructional design documents for review, revision, and implementation
- Support the design and production of e-learning sites reputed company the context of personal and organizational development, utilizing content authoring technology, graphic design tools, and other e-learning software
- Review and apply emerging trends in e-learning, instructional design, universal design, and accessibility
- Design course materials that reflect an understanding of adult learning theory and varied learning styles
- Work with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company new content and/or convert existing content into online formats
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to reputed company reputed company customers
- Utilize reputed company Office applications and eLearning authoring tools to prepare documents and presentations
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of instructional design or curriculum development work experience
- Individuals who live in the Tallahassee area and can report to reputed company as needed
- 1 - 2 years of instructional design or curriculum development work experience
- Experience utilizing reputed company reputed company, Storyline, reputed company Creative Suite, and video development software
- Strong enthusiasm for creating high-quality online courses and engaging learning experiences
- Proven ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently
- Commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology
- Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Benefits
- This position is up to 20 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- This position has been designated as eligible for remote work based on the reputed company position/job function.
