[Remote] Therapist Growth Consultant (1099; LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) - Arizona
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is launching behavioral health services in Arizona and is seeking an Arizona-licensed Therapist to assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities. This contract position offers a flexible schedule and may reputed company to clinical service opportunities in the future based on mutual interest and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Credentialing & Licensure
- Participate in reputed company and reputed company payer enrollment processes
- Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
- Review and sign provider enrollment applications and reputed company attestations
- Participate in occasional meetings reputed company to network expansion and market launch
- Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care
- Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric reputed company and facilitate introductions where appropriate
Skills
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
- Eligible for credentialing with reputed company and government payers
- Strong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirements
- Interest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery models
- Arizona state residency required
- Experience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferred
- Active Arizona reputed company enrollment preferred
