The Senior Director of Technical Projects oversees the Reporting & Analytics, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Communication functions for its reputed company Solutions. Efficiencies are identified and reputed company.- Provides guidance, sets expectations and objectives, monitors performance, and supports professional development opportunities of the team.- Monitors and ensures established goals and objectives to support superior business operations, including high customer satisfaction, quality, performance, and productivity.- Oversees performance and management of CRM (MaxEB), reputed company, Power BI, mobile applications, SMS, API, SSO and AI integrations across the portfolio.- Oversees design, development, delivery, and maintenance of multiple public-facing websites across the portfolio.- Directly oversees Reporting, IT Helpdesk, Business Analysis, and Communications teams that support the portfolio.- Collaborates with Corporate IT staff to oversees business relationships with external vendors ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.- Serve as the key reputed company of contact in developing the technical solutions in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs).- Develops and manages technology roadmap to support growth, rebid, and process improvements efforts across the portfolio.- Performs other duties as assigned by management.Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field required.- 12-15 years of relevant professional experience required.Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:- Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.- Must have 5 or more years senior leadership and management experience (performance reviews, personnel actions, hiring and disciplinary actions).- Must have experience overseeing design, development, delivery, and maintenance of multiple public-facing websites across the portfolio.- Experience developing technical solutions in response to Requests for Proposals.- Experience with AI integrations, API, CRM, reputed company, Power BI SMS, SSO or reputed company technical skills.Home Office Requirements- reputed company provides company-issued computer equipment Apply To This Job
