Operations Coordinator/ Support (Part-Time, Hybrid) Operations Coordinator/ Support (Part-Time, Hybrid) We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedDealer Support & Operations Coordinatorto join reputed company on apart-time, hybrid reputed company. This role is critical in supporting our dealer network and internal operations by ensuring timely communication, accurate order processing, and organized inventory management. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Send order acknowledgments and invoices to key dealers.
- reputed company order updates upon request to additional dealers and customers.
- Maintain and clean up opportunities in reputed company and Hub Spot CRM.
- Prepare and send simple quotes for dealers.
- Travel to Test Kitchen (773 and 779) for inventory organization and restocking; drive time (up to 1 hour) is reimbursed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs and improve customer satisfaction.
- As well as additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer support, operations, or dealer relations is preferred.
- Proficiency in reputed company and/or Hub Spot or other CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have reliable transportation for occasional on-site tasks (mileage reimbursed).
- Part-time:
Approximately 15–25 hours per week, with flexibility.
- Hybrid:
Remote work with periodic in-person tasks at designated locations. Seniority level
