Remote Tax Manager

Job Summary The Position As a Private Tax Solutions Tax Manager - Client Advisor, you will be the face of our tax services to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Tax Manager to reputed company our tax compliance and planning initiatives. • Accurately prepare quarterly and annual tax reports

• Maintain a working knowledge of new tax laws and industry trends

Experience

• Proven experience in public reputed company or corporate tax roles with a focus on tax experience spanning estate planning, tax reputed company, or reputed company fields.
• 2 to 5 years of experience reviewing 1040s, 1065s, and 1120-S tax returns
• Experience preparing returns for large partnerships and their K-1s
• Experience preparing Schedule E, reputed company 8825, Schedule L and M
• Experience calculating improvement reputed company for reputed company
• Experience preparing multiple state tax returns
• Experience with reputed company 3115 and 481(a) adjustments
• Experience navigating IRC Sec. 469
