Accounts Receivable Specialist II - Remote
reputed company is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable Specialist II to join reputed company! Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 800 AM – 500 PM EST Job Responsibilities Review and process denied insurance claims in accordance with established standard operating procedures. Research payer requirements and analyze internal systems and databases to identify and resolve claim issues. Contact physicians, insurance companies, and/or patients to obtain required information and determine next steps for claim resolution. Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and records while responding to inquiries reputed company phone and email. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate resolution of accounts receivable reputed company. Train and support employees on billing processes and the use of computerized billing systems. Apply strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail to manage a high volume of reputed company accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent 3 years of reputed company billing experience Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree with 2 years of reputed company billing experience Working knowledge of reputed company’s billing systems Additional Job Standards Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with numbers and research-reputed company tasks. Experience working with computerized databases and billing systems.
