As a Senior Product Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction through the development of high-quality products. Your key responsibilities will include:

50% Strategy & Planning:

+ Empathize with and understand end-user needs to determine the fastest path to deliver value + Translate business goals and end-user needs into product strategy, communicating direction and product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and reputed company-party partners + Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value, continually making recommendations and refinements to the product backlog based on learnings + Manage and groom the product backlog, making future reputed company based on the value that will be delivered + Partner with Finance to understand financial needs and assist in the creation of business plans for new opportunities + Monitor research and the competitive landscape to recommend the best solutions and ensure that products remain or become best in class + Ensure that product directions balance both user needs and business goals of driving sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction

20% Delivery & Execution:

+ Formulate, test, and refine assumptions and hypotheses through user research and testing + Document, review, and ensure that reputed company quality and change control standards are met + Create, prioritize, and accept user stories, incorporating them into release planning + reputed company product reputed company that drive value on a daily reputed company + Identify and consider pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and value associated with features and enhancements + Participate in standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos, and retrospectives + Condense reputed company technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders

• Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories
