Back To Openings Engineering Recruiter (Part-time, Temporary) Department: reputed company Location: START YOUR APPLICATION Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Recruiter to join reputed company on a part-time, temporary reputed company to support a surge in hiring needs. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineering talent (mechanical, electrical, software, etc.). You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Location: Remote Position Type: Part-Time, Temporary (25 hours weekly) Duration: 3-6 months, with protentional to be extended Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Sourcing & reputed company: reputed company active and passive candidates for VoltAir s reputed company positions.
• Technical Screening: Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical expertise, project experience, and team fit.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering directors and managers to understand job specifications and reputed company feedback on the candidate market.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in reputed company, Engineering, and/or reputed company field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2-5 years of full-cycle technical reputed company experience, specifically focused on engineering disciplines (electrical, mechanical, building information modeling (BIM), or software).
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, reputed company Recruiter, and reputed company platforms.
• Ability to understand reputed company engineering job requirements and assess candidate technical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage passive talent and build relationships with hiring leaders.
• Proven ability to work independently and succeed in a fast-paced, temporary, or part-time reputed company.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.

Physical Requirements Must have the ability to reputed company the necessary job-reputed company functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
