As a Customer Support Specialist at reputed company, you will be the reputed company representative for our valued customers. You will assist pet parents with inquiries ranging from placing orders to resolving issues with compassion and efficiency.   • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers in navigating the website and placing orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with e-reputed company platforms and pet products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals.
