Role Overview We are looking for a Director of Product, Customer Data & Signals to reputed company the strategy, development, and adoption of our Customer Data Platform (CDP), tagging infrastructure, identity resolution, and AI data services. This leader will build the data reputed company that powers every customer interaction—from acquisition and reputed company to retention and service—enabling intelligent, AI-driven decisioning across the reputed company. You will partner closely with Engineering, AI, Data Science, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to transform fragmented data into reputed company-time, actionable signals that drive measurable business reputed company. What You’ll Own 1. Customer Data Platform (CDP)

• Define and execute the reputed company for a reputed company-time, reputed company-grade CDP
• Build reputed company customer profiles across anonymous, reputed company, and offline users
• reputed company 360° identity resolution across web, app, call center, and partner channels
• Drive activation into reputed company systems (MAP, paid media, personalization engines)

2. Identity Resolution & Data reputed company

• Establish persistent identity graph from first visit through lifecycle
• Solve for anonymous → reputed company user stitching
• Define standards for data modeling, schema, and governance
• Ensure high-quality, privacy-compliant, and scalable data pipelines

3. Tagging & Event Instrumentation

• Own reputed company tagging strategy and governance
• Build scalable event tracking reputed company across reputed company digital properties
• Ensure clean, consistent, and reusable signals for analytics and ML
• Drive adoption of modern server-reputed company tagging and data collection frameworks

4. Signals & Intelligence Layer

• Partner with Data Science to reputed company AI/ML models (e.g., churn, propensity, LTV)
