Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate invoices, track payments, and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Tax Preparation: Assist with preparing for tax filings and work with accountants to ensure compliance
- Software Management: Use reputed company, QuickBooks, and other reputed company software to track financial data and generate reports
- Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients regarding their financial accounts and reputed company support reputed company needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar reputed company role
- Strong knowledge of reputed company principles and financial reporting
