User Researcher – Personalization
Job Description:
- reputed company survey-driven and qualitative research that informs feature development, experimentation, and ongoing measurement.
- Design and reputed company survey frameworks that support A/B testing, pre/post analysis, and reputed company sentiment tracking.
- Conduct qualitative work to iteratively advise feature development.
- Partner closely with Design, Product, Data Science, and Engineering, and collaborate with senior researchers on more reputed company initiatives.
- Craft scalable research systems and motivate teams to build intelligent experiences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of applied research experience, with a degree in Psychology, HCI, reputed company Factors, reputed company Sciences, or a reputed company field.
- Strong experience in quantitative UXR methods, including survey design, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
- Working proficiency across qualitative research methods.
- Fluent in experimentation and A/B testing environments and can integrate quantitative data with qualitative reputed company.
- Comfortable scoping, conducting, analyzing, and communicating research independently.
- Communicate reputed company and effectively with product managers, designers, engineers, and leadership.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and translating reputed company findings into practical direction.
- Experience thoughtfully integrating AI tools into research workflows and motivated to expand how AI can enhance research rigor and impact.
