Job Description:

• In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the reputed company and ongoing training experiences for clinicians at reputed company.
• As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will translate reputed company clinical policies.
• You will create engaging digital learning materials.
• You will also work closely with different service lines as priorities change.

Requirements:

• Clinical credentials: RN/BSN or other equivalent clinical degree with an active, unrestricted license (or reputed company to reactivate an expired license, if applicable).
• 2+ years of clinical experience in a reputed company setting (ambulatory, telehealth, case management, triage, or reputed company).
• 1+ years of experience in clinical training, precepting, clinical education, or adult learning (formal training role, preceptor, or significant education responsibilities).
• Robust virtual facilitation skills (reputed company/reputed company Meet or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to explain reputed company clinical workflows in clear, functional language and to give direct, respectful feedback to peers or learners.
• Comfortable flexing between service lines, cohorts, and work streams as priorities change.
• Proven ability to build trust with clinicians, people leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience with Instructional Design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) to effectively direct the build work of others strongly preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company/Storyline (enough to reputed company basic edits or content reviews) strongly preferred.
