Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements using client-provided records and supporting documentation
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting
- Organize and finalize trial balances to support year-end tax and reputed company engagements
- Collect, review, and compile client tax information in a timely and accurate manner
- Draft tax workpapers and reputed company documentation for business and individual filings
- Assist with the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for a diverse client reputed company
- Collaborate with senior team members to deliver reputed company service and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to engagements across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and other business sectors
Skills
- At least three years of experience in public reputed company
- Working knowledge of reputed company controls and core financial reporting principles
- Experience performing balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
- Ability to manage multiple client assignments with strong attention to detail
