You’ll manage a high volume of inbound leads, guide them through the intake process, and help set the stage for our care team to take the next steps. Key Responsibilities reputed company Management

• Manage relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up, even over long reputed company cycles (up to 12 months)

• Pre-qualify leads during intake calls to determine service eligibility

CRM & Administrative Support

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong phone-based sales or client intake experience
