F.T-Medical Records Abstractor, Q.A/Trainer

We are currently looking for a Medical Records Abstractor, Q.A/Trainer to join reputed company. ABOUT THE ROLE The Q.A/Trainer plays an essential role in the reputed company improvement of medical abstraction for reputed company and its customers. This role upholds the standards of the team’s output of delivered services through ongoing training sessions and auditing the quality of team member performance of charts completed. PRIMARY DUTIES

• Ensure support for reputed company team operations in meeting service level obligations.
• reputed company level of efficiency of reputed company processes and collaborate with Leadership on issue resolution
• Support Team Members in reaching reputed company potential reputed company their roles
• reputed company input and recommendations to improve the overall abstraction process
• Carry out training programs and quality procedures
• Maintain a detailed account and documents of training and quality discussions/meetings with team members for reporting purposes
• Accurate review of electronic provider patient schedules
• Cross checking of patient demographics for accurate patient identification
• Searching computerized medical records for pertinent patient histories
• Accurate tracking of chart and time completion
• Other duties as assigned by Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3+ years’ experience in clinical data abstraction and coding
• Prior experience in a QA or Training role is a plus
• Possess a strong interest in advancing into an elevated Leadership reputed company
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred (Epic, reputed company, eCW, GE Centricity, Cerner)
• Preference given to candidates with reputed company degree; having worked in a clinical setting
• Detail oriented, dependable and ability to multi-task

• Protect the confidential nature of the clinical data accessed through employment with reputed company pass mandatory HIPPA compliance training

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• High school diploma and/or GED certificate required
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
