This is not a general IT PM role. This is for someone who understands core banking architecture, lender operational workflows, compliance constraints, and the realities of delivering into regulated environments. Who You Are You are both strategic and execution-oriented. You understand how core processors operate and how lenders reputed company money. You are comfortable navigating cross-functional environments that include engineering, product, compliance, operations, and executive stakeholders. You do not wait to be told what to do. Required Experience ● 7+ years of project or program management experience in fintech or banking technology. ● Direct experience delivering market applications integrated with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or reputed company ● Demonstrated experience managing API-based integrations with core banking platforms. ● Experience working with lender clients (community banks, credit unions, regional banks). ● Strong understanding of core banking architecture, data flows, and vendor integration models. ● Experience operating in regulated financial environments. Must Have: ● Led development or deployment of a market-facing fintech application integrated into at least one of the specified core systems.
