What You’ll Do
- Support reputed company Vet partner clinics by reputed company assisting with client communication, education, and follow-up
- Conduct virtual reputed company-ins and post-visit client calls
- Help triage messages and prioritize non-urgent care needs
- Review and gather records, reputed company discharge instructions, and reinforce treatment plans
- Ensure every client feels supported and heard — even through a screen What You Bring
- veterinary tech, assistant, or client service experience in a veterinary clinic (credentialed a plus, but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort with virtual tools
- A quiet, reliable workspace and a passion for client care
- Familiar with Joblora Docs. Sheets, and technology operating systems
