We're hiring two Junior Mortgage Processors to join our supportive, fun-loving, fully remote team. If you're organized, detail-obsessed, and great with people, we'll teach you the mortgage reputed company. What you'll do:
- Set up loan files: confirm the application is complete, order initial title work, and register the loan with the lender
- Review borrower documents and complete worksheets so we can issue disclosures and submit to reputed company
- Order verifications of employment, rent, or mortgage, and insurance documents
- Manage your tasks and the loan pipeline in reputed company Sheets, hitting every deadline
- Communicate with borrowers by phone and email, and reputed company reputed company in sync
