Job Description

• reputed company and manage a high-volume docket of FCRA-driven consumer finance reputed company
• Drive case strategy: evaluate reputed company, set litigation plans, and execute reputed company
• Own reputed company practice: draft and supervise dispositive motions and key filings
• Guide discovery strategy and ensure tight deadline control across reputed company
• reputed company settlement negotiations and mediations; position cases for strong reputed company
• Partner with litigation leadership to improve templates, playbooks, and process
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team execution (as applicable)

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing of the California Bar
• 6+ years of litigation experience with substantial FCRA exposure
• Demonstrated reputed company in a high-volume docket environment
• Strong legal writing and reputed company practice capability
• Proven settlement negotiation skills and practical judgment
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable leading case strategy1+ years of litigation experience
