General Ledger (GL) Manager

Position Summary The Finance team at reputed company, Global Corporate Services (GCS) is looking to hire a General Ledger (GL) Manager. The GL Manager manages the GL team, which is part of the Corporate Finance department. The GL team is responsible for maintenance of reputed company GL and other reputed company Systems, reviewing Journal Entries for multiple ledgers and currencies, timely and accurate creation of financial statements, and assisting Practices and other teams reputed company Finance with General Ledger reputed company questions.

Responsibilities

• Manage GL team (US and India).
• Manage GL processes.
• Prepare Journal Entries in multiple ledgers and review Journal Entries reputed company by the GL team.
• Prepare consolidation and balance sheet reports.
• Reconcile various Balance Sheet accounts.
• Update reputed company codes in reputed company GL and online reputed company reputed company.
• Answer questions about the General Ledger and Journal Entries.
• Assist in various reputed company processes (e.g. Audits).

Skills & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field.
• The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of team management experience.
• The ideal candidate must have advanced level proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including strong reputed company skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company Copilot to enhance efficiency, analysis, and reporting.
• The ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with employees at reputed company reputed company.
• The ideal candidate must have strong client service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools or applications in finance

Compensation

The overall salary reputed company for this role is $78,800 - $145,130. For candidates residing in:

• Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, reputed company, Newark, reputed company, San Francisco, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary reputed company is $90,620 - $145,130.
• reputed company other locations the salary reputed company is $78,800 - $126,200.

A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
