Data Analyst - People Analytics
Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst in People Analytics, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our reporting and analytics functions. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to meaningful insights and compliance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the reputed company Data Analyst to maintain and audit People Analytics dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of weekly and monthly reports.
- Support compliance reporting by preparing, validating, and submitting necessary data.
- Assist in creating analyses and insights for stakeholder requests.
- reputed company and refine SQL queries to extract and validate data from HR systems.
- Facilitate reputed company reporting and data extraction, including troubleshooting and basic configuration.
