As a Virtual Assistant, your main responsibility will be to ensure reputed company and professional communication with guests, including answering inquiries, managing bookings, and delivering exceptional customer service... To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, pay reputed company attention to detail, and have a friendly demeanor. Previous experience in the hospitality industry or with reputed company guest communications would be highly valued.
