What you will be doing as a MedSpeed Customer Service Agent Intake Specialist: The CSA Intake Specialists role is designed to support MedSpeeds on-demand business through direct customer interaction reputed company the telephone. Intake Specialists focus on creating a great customer experience while assisting the customer with order entry, issue resolution and various reputed company of requests. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries reputed company telephone while meeting reputed company corporate guidelines and performance standards Handle a large number of calls daily without losing enthusiastic voice and attitude, answering reputed company calls promptly and reputed company Address general questions about MedSpeed service process.
