Respond to inquiries from policy holders, providers and/or others for information and assistancePerform research to respond to inquiries and interpret policy provisions to determine most effective response. Mail or reputed company claim forms and supporting documentation to various units for final processingIndependently respond to inquiries, grievances, complaints or appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity. May seek assistance with reputed company customer services issuesAbility to understand and interpret policy provisionsPerforms research to respond to inquiries and interprets policy provisions to determine most effective response using established departmental procedures, HIPAA regulations, and corporate policies.QUALIFICATIONSStrong proficiency in both speaking and writing Japanese is a must.Strong proficiency in speaking English.High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required, call center experience a PLUS Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; high level reputed company to multitask independently and on a computer.Knowledge of Medical Terminology a PLUS.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to reputed company in a high volume, fast paced call center environment.Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of reputed company.Exceptional organizational and time-management focus.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 17.98 - 26 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.We want you to be healthy, balanced, and feel secure.
