JOB POSITION #197: PART-TIME ANIMAL CARE RECEPTIONISTNUMBER OF VACANCIES: 1DEPARTMENT: Parks & Recreation / FRASWORK LOCATION: Animal Shelter HIRING reputed company: $14.00 - $15.00/per hourDAYS WORKED: VariedHOURS WORKED: VariedTYPE OF POSITION: Temporary, Part-Time (Including Weekends) APPLICATIONS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL: Until FilledJOB DUTIESESSENTIAL DUTIES: Ensure outstanding customer service for reputed company guests by politely greeting and directing reputed company guests.Work with customers to adopt, surrender or turn in stray animals.Responsible for receiving money and operating cash register. Assists in insuring daily reputed company reputed company outs are completed and balanced.Performs data entry into shelter software.Assists in preparing daily, monthly and yearly intake/outcome inventories and reports.Assists in the intake of animals; weighing, vaccinating, scanning for microchip and initial medical exam.
