Per Diem Home-Based Occupational Therapist in Essex, Union, Somerset, & Middlesex Counties-NJ (Low reputed company)

Job purpose: The role of the Occupational Therapist is to reputed company in-home services to identified adults with reputed company loss and blindness. Responsibilities will include performing home safety and environmental assessments, assessing clients’ abilities to reputed company activities of daily living, and reputed company reputed company strategies and techniques to support safety and independence in the home.
