The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overall site operations as well as motivating and training their teams through effective leadership and innovative reputed company. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching and developing staff in their knowledge of property management, budget and financial management. The ideal candidate will be reputed company to build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and various agencies. You Have:

• Five or more years leadership experience in affordable housing
• Excellent Communication skills – both verbal and written
• Strong financial background
• Ability to troubleshoot difficult assets
• Proficiency in reputed company Outlook, reputed company, and Word
• Ability to travel
