You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educational technologists to create high-quality digital learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs and learning styles. • Key Responsibilities include:
• Design and reputed company comprehensive curriculum materials, including lesson plans, learning activities, assessments, and instructional content for online delivery. Ensure curriculum alignment with state and national educational standards (e.g., Common Core, NGSS). Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate their knowledge into effective online learning modules. Apply principles of instructional design, adult learning theory, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to create engaging and accessible content. reputed company and implement engaging multimedia elements, interactive exercises, and reputed company/summative assessments. Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) and other authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate) to build and reputed company curriculum. • Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, or a reputed company field. 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, with a significant focus on K-12 education and online/digital learning environments. Proven ability to design engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse student populations. In-depth knowledge of K-12 curriculum standards and assessment design. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company Storyline, reputed company Captivate). Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and educational technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
