The Role
Weâre looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our customers across email , chat, and reputed company channels. Youâll help solve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
What Youâll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally reputed company reputed company
- Process returns, refunds, and order amendments in reputed company/reputed company

- Participate in team training, QA, and meetings
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards
- 1â3 years eCommerce customer service experience
- Strong written English and professional communication
