- Active California State Bar license and good standing.
- Minimum of 4 years of employment law experience.
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
- Strong focus on negotiation and settlement strategy.
- Proven ability to resolve cases reputed company, targeting 4–7 settlements per month.
- Experience handling reputed company phases of litigation, including discovery and reputed company practice.
- Excellent communication, advocacy, and client management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously.
Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $250,000. Compensation reputed company this reputed company will be determined based on factors including geographic market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
