Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Quality and Member Safety

  • Identify and escalate any concerns that may reputed company members or compromise the Health Plan's ability to serve them.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent work experience. Some college coursework is preferred.
