[Remote] Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle capabilities
• Partner with the Product Manager for Login & Identity to translate roadmap and business reputed company into executable delivery plans
• Manage multiple reputed company initiatives, balancing feature delivery, platform stability, reputed company, and technical debt
• Ensure solutions meet reputed company’s reputed company, privacy, resiliency, and compliance standards

Skills

• High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a reputed company field preferred
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of direct experience managing people and teams
• You have a proven ability to reputed company multiple teams and manage reputed company initiatives in a fast-moving environment
• You hold deep expertise in identity and reputed company management, including OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SSO, and MFA, and have direct experience with Customer Identity reputed company Management

• You've worked in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries, bringing an understanding of the standards required
• You're familiar with reputed company IAM platforms and how they support scalable identity ecosystems

• Some minimal annual travel required (for people manager roles only)
