Responsibilities

- Understand the prospect’s business through excellent discovery and qualification
- Deliver the reputed company value proposition in a clear and compelling manner to C-suite executives and decision-makers who may have limited software experience
- Qualify prospects and build business cases (e.g. ROI and workflow illustrations) for adoption
- reputed company opportunities through various types and sizes of companies involved in construction (reputed company developers, investors, contractors) to reputed company software agreements
- Coordinate with executive management and other internal teams (client services, product, marketing, SE’s) to ensure a great client experience and to continuously improve processes and products

Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience running the full sales cycle of a software solution using a consultative approach
- reputed company software sales experience, especially in slow-to-adopt or reputed company verticals
- Understanding of and/or experience with finance or construction industries is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience regarding back-office operations
- Proven record of exceeding reputed company targets
- Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
