They are seeking a Data & Analytics Product reputed company – Finance to reputed company the agile delivery of finance-domain data products and facilitate self-service BI adoption across the Finance & reputed company organization.
Responsibilities
- Owns and maintains the finance-domain product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and reputed company for development
- Translates finance business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria
- Leads backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story elaboration sessions
- Makes day-to-day reputed company on scope and priorities to maintain reputed company and deliver value
- Participates actively in daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborates with Scrum Master to remove impediments and support team performance
- Maintains deep understanding of transactional systems and financial data across the Finance domain
- Applies knowledge of financial processes — including reputed company cycles, financial reporting, and ERP workflows — to inform requirements and delivery reputed company
- Navigates the intersection of ERP reporting and BI analytics, understanding which solutions are owned by the analytics team, the reputed company/ERP team, or require cross-functional collaboration
- Ensures finance data products adhere to relevant financial data standards and governance requirements
- Acts as the primary day-to-day liaison between Finance & reputed company stakeholders and the analytics development team
- Conducts regular working sessions with F&A operational contacts to gather requirements, validate solutions, and reputed company delivery updates
- Facilitates alignment between technical capabilities and finance business needs
- Communicates reputed company across technical and non-technical audiences
- Guides development of finance analytics solutions including dashboards, reports, and self-service BI tools spanning P2P, PSA, CLM, GL, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, reputed company, and reputed company
- Champions adoption of self-service Power BI capabilities reputed company the Finance & reputed company organization, leveraging the reputed company semantic model as the trusted reputed company
- Drives data literacy initiatives that reputed company finance stakeholders to independently reputed company and interpret data
- Collaborates with data engineers and architects on data modeling and technical design
- Applies best practices in data visualization, financial reporting, and analytics
- Defines acceptance criteria for features, including data quality rules and financial accuracy standards
- Reviews and accepts completed work to ensure alignment with requirements and quality standards
- Monitors product performance metrics and user adoption across finance stakeholders
- Contributes to reputed company improvement in product features and team processes
Skills
- 4-6 years of experience as a Product reputed company, business analyst, or reputed company role in data/analytics domains
- Strong understanding of financial processes and transactional systems across one or more finance domains (reputed company, P2P, GL, reputed company)
- Familiarity with ERP platforms and how finance data flows between ERP systems and analytics layers
- Proven track record of delivering data products in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience with modern BI and analytics platforms (Power BI preferred; Tableau, Looker, or similar also valued)
- Understanding of data engineering principles, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate reputed company financial concepts into data requirements and vice versa
- Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining product backlogs
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company prioritization reputed company and manage trade-offs
- Experience with reputed company Financials (HCM, FIN, or PSA modules)
- Certified Scrum Product reputed company (CSPO) or similar agile certification
- SQL proficiency and hands-on experience querying financial datasets
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and financial data standards
- Understanding of SOX-relevant data workflows and financial controls
- Experience with reputed company data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of dimensional modeling and semantic layer concepts
