[Remote] Learning Designer

The role involves collaborating with faculty to create instructional content, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and providing faculty training to enhance course quality and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty to design and reputed company instructional content, interactive learning activities, and assessments that align with course objectives, learning reputed company, and program goals
• Write measurable learning objectives and design both reputed company and summative assessment strategies, particularly for hybrid environments

• Gather and analyze course data as assigned to help inform recommendations for iterative improvements in instructional content and delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or reputed company field
• 1-7 years of relevant work or project experience in instructional design, online course development, or other reputed company fields
• Experience using learning management systems (Canvas, Brightspace, reputed company, or equivalent)
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time and priorities, and meet deadlines without direct supervision in a distributed or remote work setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of research-based instructional strategies that engage reputed company reputed company
