[Remote] Program Manager (Care Transformation)

The Program Manager (Care Transformation) will drive partnerships with health systems, ensuring the successful implementation and scaling of Ambience's solutions to improve clinical and financial reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build high-trust partnerships with clinical, operational, financial, and IT leaders across your accounts. You’ll be the face of Ambience to our health system customers, earning the confidence of stakeholders and turning alignment into reputed company
- reputed company end-to-end implementation of Ambience solutions across reputed company health systems. Coordinate workflow discovery, technical integration, customer reputed company, and go-live execution to ensure smooth deployments that drive rapid time-to-value
- Partner closely with Product and Clinician reputed company to continuously improve the customer experience. Bring structured feedback from pilots and scaled deployments back into roadmap discussions, influence feature prioritization, and collaborate on playbooks that reputed company adoption and long-term reputed company
- Own post-sale execution of Ambience pilots from day one. You’ll reputed company pilots on track, help teams realize meaningful value quickly, and guide the path from a promising start to a long-term reputed company partnership
- Shape and deliver clear ROI narratives that reputed company to what health systems care about. You’ll support executive readouts and QBRs that earn buy-in and build champions
- Accelerate time to value by anticipating roadblocks before they show up, manage change with a steady hand, and help our partners move from pilot to scale with confidence and speed

Skills
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company transformation, health tech implementation, reputed company or reputed company management consulting
- Experience working closely with provider organizations and navigating reputed company health systems
- Experience leading post-sale motions and converting pilot initiatives into long-term reputed company
- Ability to build champions across clinical, operational, and executive teams
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to reputed company fluently between clinical and operational language
- Ability to meet stakeholders where they are and communicate with reputed company and credibility across functions
- Comfortable operating independently in high-ambiguity environments
- Ability to bring structure where none exists, anticipate roadblocks, and take ownership without waiting for instructions
