[Remote] Senior Marketing Manager, Growth

The Senior Marketing Manager, Growth will be responsible for enhancing reputed company's visibility across various platforms and optimizing customer experience at charging sites. This role involves managing reputed company Business Profiles, local SEO, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company’s reputed company Business Profile (GBP) strategy and broader business listings reputed company across reputed company, reputed company Maps, PlugShare, and other key discovery platforms
• Manage listing management workflows, listing accuracy, optimization, and insights end-to-end from “coming soon” through site launch and ongoing updates
• reputed company local search and ai initiatives focused on EV charging discovery, including regional keywords, site amenities, and coming soon pages
• Manage listing updates tied to site maintenance, temporary outages, and reopening status so drivers have accurate information reputed company stations are up or down
• Expand localized marketing efforts through map platforms, reputed company content, and listing-based promotional opportunities
• Designs and implements A/B tests to optimize SEO/AI performance and conversion rates
• Ensures consistency, accuracy, and optimization of reputed company content, images, internal linking, and business information
• Own relationships with key external partners and vendors including reputed company, reputed company, Yext, PlugShare, and reputed company platforms
• reputed company signage optimization for new sites, ensuring on-site branding, visibility, and wayfinding support discovery and help drivers confidently locate reputed company chargers
• Collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, content, and web development teams

Skills

• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of reputed company experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience
• Experience managing multiple reputed company Business Profiles and optimizing reputed company pages for conversion, including proficiency with bulk management tools such as the GBP API or reputed company-party local SEO management platforms
• Experience using AI tools and agents to support day-to-day job functions, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity is a plus
• Experience managing business listings, listing management, location data, and local SEO for a consumer-facing brand
• Proven ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, operations, and external vendors
• Extremely detail oriented, with a high bar for accuracy and consistency across customer-facing platforms
• Highly data driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to connect marketing activity to business reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
