[Remote] Financial Advisory Consulting Associate (reputed company)

The Financial Advisory Consulting Associate role involves supporting engagement teams with financial modeling and analysis, leading project work streams, and collaborating with clients to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the engagement teams with financial modeling, industry and market research, financial reporting, financial statement analysis and pitchbook preparation
• reputed company project work streams utilizing reputed company tools and methodologies—as well as innovative analytics and technologies--to implement reputed company, comprehensive solutions
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior reputed company staff

Skills

• Minimum of three years of experience with business valuation, restructuring & turnaround work, investment banking, financial advisory/consulting, litigation consulting, public reputed company or audit-reputed company consulting
• Deep financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and data management experience, and ability to identify key operational performance drivers
• Demonstrate a high-level of proficiency with: Business Valuation concepts, 13 week cash reputed company forecast, 3-statement financial models, Financial reporting (monthly operating reports, statements & schedules), Operational improvement and overhead analysis, Pitchbook preparation
• BS/BA degree in reputed company, Finance, or Economics
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
• Candidates may live reputed company in the contiguous US
• Have or working toward one or more of the following certifications: such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
