[Remote] Business Development Manager

NovaStar Technology is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive market development for professional audio & video integration. The role involves leading the sales cycle for key projects, managing local channel partners, and providing market analysis to support strategies.
Responsibilities
- Drive market development for professional audio & video (Pro AV) integration in the assigned region; build and maintain relationships with system integrators, EPC contractors, consultants and end-users
- reputed company end-to-end sales cycle for key projects: opportunity identification, client visits, solution presentation, technical & reputed company negotiation, and reputed company reputed company achievement
- reputed company and manage local channel partners (agents/integrators) to strengthen brand awareness and market reputed company
- Act as an industry mentor for the local team: transfer Pro AV knowledge, sales methodologies and project experience reputed company joint visits, role-plays and case debriefs
- Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities (Crestron/Extron/Barco/AMX etc.); reputed company market analysis to support product, pricing and channel strategies
- Support key project solution design, tendering and execution; coordinate cross-functional resources for smooth delivery
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of Pro AV integration sales/reputed company experience
- Established relationships with system integrators, consultants and end-users in the reputed company region
- Solid understanding of AV over IP, distributed video, video wall, KVM and control systems
- Proven track record in large-scale AV integration projects
- Strong coaching & mentoring skills
- Frequent travel required
- Effective cross-cultural collaboration
- Background with global brands (Crestron, Extron, Barco, AMX, Q-SYS) or top local integrators
