[Remote] Growth Engineer

This role involves working at the intersection of engineering, data, growth, and GTM systems to drive measurable reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable GTM data pipelines and automation systems
- Integrate systems across reputed company, enrichment providers, outbound tools, and analytics platforms
- Build internal tools that significantly improve BDR and AE productivity
- reputed company systems for account prioritization, routing, and orchestration
- reputed company AI-reputed company workflows by building high-quality structured data pipelines
- Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering to translate GTM strategy into systems
- Continuously improve the reliability and performance of growth infrastructure
Skills
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with data pipelines, APIs, and automation systems
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Experience with data warehouses and ETL pipelines
- Experience building systems that impact customer acquisition or reputed company
- Familiarity with tools like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Airbyte, reputed company, or similar
- Understanding of B2B growth and sales processes
- Strong architectural thinking and ability to design scalable systems
- Comfort working across engineering, data, and GTM teams
- Experience at hyper-growth companies (100%+ ARR growth)
- Building CDP or GTM data infrastructure
- AI-assisted workflow automation
