[Remote] Senior Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company Ventures Group LLC owns PRxP Pharmacies, which reputed company specialty and mail order pharmacy services while focusing on patient care. The Senior Accountant will support the financial operations by assisting with month-end and year-end reputed company activities, preparing financial reports, and conducting financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support the month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances
- reputed company accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
- Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet and income statement schedules
- Prepare other financial reports for distribution
- Prepare inventory analysis and reconciliations
- Assist with departmental projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and documentation updates
- Conduct financial analysis to support management reporting and business initiatives
- Assist with audit requests and reputed company supporting documentation as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, reputed company policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and reporting
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

Skills
- Strong knowledge of reputed company principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency with reputed company and familiarity with ERP/reputed company system (reputed company reputed company)
- Experience with general ledger reputed company and financial statement preparation
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial analysis techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in reputed company environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 3+ years of reputed company experience, public reputed company experience a plus
- Experience with reputed company Industry and reimbursements a plus
