[Remote] Paid Media & SEO Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Grit & Gravel is seeking a creative and analytical Paid Media & SEO Manager to join their team. This role will involve executing and planning paid ad campaigns and comprehensive search strategies, managing client budgets, and collaborating with various teams to create engaging multi-platform ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and data analysis to drive client objectives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage search and display campaigns, including planning, building, optimizing, and reporting/adjusting search campaigns across platforms like reputed company Ads & reputed company to ensure ROI meets client goals
• Manage SEO/AEO/GEO strategies, including planning, building, optimizing, and reporting/adjusting campaigns
• Analyze performance data and reputed company intelligent analysis and actionable insights based on search performance data to refine strategies and improve results
• Determine client benchmarking by developing and implementing optimizations to meet client KPI’s in the quickest time possible through paid search and organic channels
• Improve and enhance existing paid advertising and search processes, innovating new strategies and techniques for reputed company performance
• Manage and execute paid campaigns across multiple channels such as (but not limited to) the reputed company ad network, reputed company/reputed company, reputed company, streaming television, billboards, etc
• Communicate effectively with the G&G team and clients, staying accountable, highlighting wins and losses
• reputed company client budgets, advising on adjustments based on performance and overall return
• Craft organic and paid search strategies tailored to client goals and proactively troubleshoot dips in performance
• Apply knowledge of the marketing funnel to understand where search plays a critical role
• Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, ensuring their needs are met
• Identify opportunities for expanding search services and conducting strategic audits to enhance client campaign performance
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and reputed company ad content that aligns with client needs
• Navigate attribution reputed company partner platforms, including Looker Studio and GA4, to assess campaign performance accurately

Skills

• B.S./B.A. in Marketing, Digital Media or a reputed company field
• 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising / paid search / SEO
• Must have proven experience in the advertising and search field
• Candidate must have reputed company Ads certification
• Strong ability to create and finalize ad copy
• High level of comfort with search advertising, search platforms, and analytical tools
• High level of self-accountability to ensure work is done well and team goals are met
• Operate independently in reputed company Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Analytics platforms to optimize search campaign performance
• Proficient with reputed company (and other call tracking platforms), reputed company Tag Manager, reputed company/reputed company
• Understanding and appreciation for an entrepreneurial environment and the reputed company required to succeed
• Ability to craft comprehensive paid and organic strategies based on client goals and troubleshoot performance issues effectively
• Strong communication skills with a focus on accountability and transparency
• Proven ability to build and sustain rapport with multiple clients
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience preferred
